Returns & Exchanges

Before you read any further, please know that we will do what we can to make things right. When you purchase anything from us, we sell it to you with the expectation that it will make you happy and will exceed the expectations of performance that any reasonable person should expect. When we decide to carry something, we will stand behind it with confidence. We will use our relationships with the vendor/manufacturer to provide the best solutions, whether that be replacement, repair, store credit, or refund - maybe even a combination.

Non-warranty items are eligible for return or exchange with no time limit as long as you have a receipt (or we are able to look up the transaction) as long as they are:

  • In “as new” condition - no lipstick, dog hair, odor, scuffs, tears or stains
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Preferably with original packaging

Swim suits, under clothing (including sports bras and long underwear), lip balm or other skin care are not eligible for return or exchange. (We imagine you understand why, but please ask for an explanation if you would like) 

If you return a non-warranty item within 30 days of purchase, you will be offered a refund in the original form of payment. If paid by credit or debit card, the funds will be returned to the original purchasing card. If you would rather the funds be issued as store credit, we will issue a gift card in the amount.

If you you return a non-warranty item after 30 days of purchase, you will be offered a store credit in the form of a gift card for the full amount of the purchase

We will work for best solutions around the holidays and gift giving. Please ask for an extension of the return guideline if you feel it may be necessary as you purchase a gift in advance, or that the receiver may have difficulty exchanging in the above time frame.

If you would like help with a warranty claim on an item that you purchased through our website or shop, please contact us. We have relationships with all our vendors and may be able to help you navigate. It is our experience that all our vendors stand behind the products they manufacture and sell. Most, if not all of them gain from the data gained through the warranty process and prefer to deal with warranty claims directly - but we’re happy to help in any way we can.
